Absolutely. You're welcome to book a single session first. If you decide to purchase a package afterward, we'll credit the full cost of your initial session toward the package price.

• Private Sessions: 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, the full fee will be forfeited.
• Group Programs: 7-day notice is required for a refund (minus processing fees). You may also transfer your spot to a colleague.
• Emergencies: Considered on a case-by-case basis.
