Michael Ibarra de Perea is a seasoned Human Resources and Management professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, and team empowerment. As a former naval officer, he has honed his expertise in dynamic environments, guiding teams with a strategic vision, operational excellence, and a people-first leadership approach.

He holds a B.S. in Anthropology from Tulane University and an MBA from New Mexico Highlands University, along with senior-level certifications from HRCI and SHRM. Currently, he serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Alameda Health Consortium/Community Health Center Network, driving organizational effectiveness and high-performing teams.

Michael is also the founder of People Centered Workplaces, specializing in third-party mediation, workplace conflict resolution, and organizational health consulting. With a diverse background spanning military, corporate, and consulting sectors, he is dedicated to building strong, people-centered workplaces. Michael resides in the Bay Area.

Dr. Ebru Pinar is a Training Specialist with expertise in communication, leadership, and workplace dynamics. Holding a PhD in Psychology, she designs and delivers tailored, research-based training programs for professionals and organizations seeking to enhance their public speaking, leadership, and workplace communication skills.

Dr. Pinar has spent a decade integrating science-based strategies into dynamic, real-world learning experiences. She has contributed to the field through published research and national conference presentations, advancing the science of communication and psychology.

Her approach bridges theory and practice, offering interactive, results-driven training that empowers professionals to communicate with confidence, lead with authenticity, and foster workplace collaboration. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Oxford College of Emory University while working with clients in Atlanta and across the U.S.
